
Whitestone Group Brand Guidelines
Brief:
Whitestone Group, a licensed real estate agency specialising in the sale of new builds, approached me to design their branding, encompassing everything from their logo to a comprehensive style guide. Their target market included first-time home buyers and property developers aged late twenties to early forties. They were in pursuit of a brand image that exhibits trustworthiness, professionalism, modernity, and a strong sense of integrity, aligning with the standards seen in other real estate and property brands.
Solution:
I conducted thorough research on Whitestone's competitors, as well as on brands and colour schemes that aligned with the brand qualities Whitestone desired for their image. The final logo was selected for its clean, minimalist design, enhancing Whitestone's professional appearance. The primary colour palette consists of dark blue, symbolizing reliability and trust, complemented by lighter blue and cream. I also included brand applications in the guidelines, focusing on social media templates and profiles, as these would serve as their main marketing channels.
